Fair Usage Policy

Every paid FormAI plan advertises unlimited responses, seats, and workspaces — and we mean it for the vast majority of accounts. We don't publish hard caps, and we'll never silently throttle your account or pause delivery of your responses.

A very small number of accounts generate usage far beyond what's typical for their plan. When that pattern is sustained — not a one-off spike — we'll simply reach out to talk through a plan sized to your real-world usage. Paid plans carry substantially more headroom than Free.

AI creditsare separate from fair usage: each plan includes a monthly AI-credit allowance that resets at the start of the month. When it's used up, AI generation pauses until the reset; your forms keep collecting responses normally.
