Welcome to FormAI. By accessing or using our website and platform at formai.app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Service.

FormAI provides an AI-powered platform for creating surveys, quizzes, live training sessions, and interactive forms, along with analytics and integration features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FormAI and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FormAI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Paris, France.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
