• Advertising and remarketing: Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta (only with consent)

Data Storage and International Transfers

FormAI is hosted in the European Union via IONOS (Germany), Cloudflare R2 (EU region), and Supabase (Frankfurt region). All data remains within EU jurisdiction. If any data transfer outside the EU is necessary, we ensure appropriate safeguards including standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption in transit and at rest, JWT family-rotation for sessions, bcrypt-hashed credentials, role-based access control, and PII redaction in logs. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

FormAI is not intended for individuals under 16 years of age without parental or guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
